Al Wadi'ah (Courier) is divided into two kinds:
1.      Al Wadi'ah Yad Al Amanah (trustee Depository)
2.      Al Wadi'ah Yad Adh Dhamanah (guarante Depository)

A.    Al Wadi'ah Yad Al Amanah (trustee Depository)
Bank responsible for any loss or damage occur on treasure that deposited not due to negligence or carelessness in maintenance.

funds without agreement. banks are responsible for any damage or loss of property were deposited. In modern economies al Wadi'ah Yad adh Dhamanah preferred. Only in this case must fund their permission.
Wadi'ah banking practices to do with current accounts and bank can give to penitip checkbook.
